PeopleGlass inherits SFDC permissions. That said, some users' SFDC environments use "page layouts" to control what people see. PeopleGlass can mirror this if needed but it requires a tweak on our end at the moment.

We cannot override Salesforce permissions even if you have admin capabilities within PeopleGlass. For example, you cannot restrict access to certain records within PeopleGlass from users if they have access to them in Salesforce.
