Overview

The ability to leave quick or detailed notes in PeopleGlass is one of its most popular use-cases.

In the event you'd like to leave notes and format them across multiple lines of text, a simple keyboard shortcut is all you'll need.

Please note, this functionality is only supported for fields/columns of type = paragraph, which are labeled with the following icon:

To get started, simply type the following shortcuts while the text box is selected:

Mac: Shift + Return

PC: CTRL + Enter

That's it!

Clicking outside of the text box within PeopleGlass will collapse the lines of text, but they'll sync as formatted to CRM.
