SalesAI Multi-Record Assistant allows you to analyze multiple accounts or opportunities at once, expanding how you uncover insights. Instead of asking questions about one record at a time, you can select a set of records and have SalesAI instantly compare, summarize, and surface insights across them. This helps you quickly identify trends, risks, and opportunities without needing to drill into each record individually.

What You Can Do With Multi-Record Assistant

  • Ask questions across multiple selected account or opportunity records

  • Surface comparative insights such as engagement levels, likelihood to close, and risks

How to Use SalesAI Multi-Record Assistant

  1. From a Glass Sheet, select two or more records, like accounts in the same region or deals in negotiation.

  2. Click the Ask SalesAI button above the list of records.

  3. In the Assistant, type a question like:

  • “Which of these accounts shows the strongest engagement trend?”

  • “Where are the biggest risks across these open opportunities?”

What is the maximum number of records I can analyze at once?

You can analyze a maximum of 10 accounts or opportunities at once.

Is this the same as deep research or full pipeline analysis?

No. Multi-Record Assistant is designed for conversational analysis of a targeted set of records.

Can I change the records mid-conversation?

No. Each conversation is tied to the records selected when it begins. To analyze a different set, select new records and start a new chat.
