We are extending our powerful SalesAI Assistant capabilities directly into the PeopleGlass experience. Users will now be able to invoke and interact with the SalesAI Assistant chatbot when viewing Account or Opportunity records within PeopleGlass. This provides seamless access to AI-driven insights, summaries, and answers, eliminating the need to switch between contexts or applications.
Note: To use the SalesAI Assistant function in PeopleGlass, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager to talk about assessing your account and enabling the feature.
The SalesAI Assistant in PeopleGlass integrates our existing conversational AI chatbot directly into the PeopleGlass interface. When a user is viewing a list of Account records or Opportunity records, or focusing on a specific Account or Opportunity, they will be able to launch the SalesAI Assistant.
This assistant allows users to:
Ask natural language questions about the Account(s) or Opportunity/Opportunities they are currently viewing.
Receive contextual summaries, identify key information, understand risks, and explore next steps related to those records.
Leverage the same powerful AI models and knowledge base that powers the SalesAI Assistant in Engagement Dashboards.
Benefit from a consistent AI assistant experience, regardless of whether they are in Engagement Dashboards or PeopleGlass.
The SalesAI Assistant in PeopleGlass is designed to seamlessly integrate into the user's workflow, providing on-demand intelligence to help them understand and act on information more effectively.
